Delivery information:
How we deliver
Deliveries are made either by Royal Mail value and destination of the order. With the option of next day delivery with insurance within the UK. Airmail to all countries outside UK. A signature will be required in most cases on receipt of the goods.
When we dispatch your order, we will send you an email with the tracking number and link to the postal or courier services website where you can follow the progress of your package in transit.
Delivery times
Subject to stock availability, we aim to process and dispatch all orders within 7 business days and you should receive delivery within a further 2-3 business days. For orders destined for outlying areas (i.e. Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands) delivery may take slightly longer.
No orders are dispatched until we have received full payment for the goods. For cheque orders, there will be a minimum period of 5 business days from when you placed your order until it is dispatched to allow time for your cheque to be received, paid in and cleared to our account.
