Hi, I've just ordered the sea salts for the first time and wondered if anybody could advise me on how to use them for scalp psoriasis. I assume I just wet my head whilst in the bath. Do I then leave it to dry or wash it out? Advice would be great. Thanks

hi, put head fully under the water a few times, (hold your breath!)

stay in with hair soaked for at least 20 minutes then wash out with a shower
